EFT and Chronic Illness
Our bodies are incredibly resilient and robust, so what causes them to stop functioning at this dynamic level? Why do some people become seriously ill when stretched to the limit, while others continue functioning comfortably and effortlessly?
The question of why a person became ill in the first place is rarely considered. There may be events in her life, repressed emotions, or strong beliefs, which have contributed to her physical deterioration.

EFT & The Highly Sensitive Personality

In working with many highly sensitive people – and having that personality type myself – I've noticed that highly sensitive people have certain beliefs and experiences in common.
We often feel that our sensitivity makes us weak; that it's all too easy for other people to walk all over us - even inadvertently. As a result, we often wish we were stronger or tougher, more thick-skinned. We are usually highly attuned to the feelings of others and feel an internal pressure to make everything "right" for those around us. We may be easily hurt or worry about others' responses to us - raised eyebrows or a frown could be a worry. Sometimes, those around us become irritated at our sensitivity and that feels like a blow in itself.

How I Work

The primary healing modalities I use are Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
As an EFT Advanced Practitioner, I will work with you to help guide you towards health, wellbeing and emotional freedom. Imagine being able to determine what specific event triggered your illness and successfully neutralize all the negative emotions surrounding that event.
