Taking the steps to become slimmer can be daunting and overwhelming. Perhaps you’ve tried dieting in the past, but ended up gaining the weight back. You probably felt deprived for the duration of the diet and that left you resentful and frustrated, resulting in you craving more food. You might have felt so conflicted that you were driven to overeat once again.
What stresses and conflicts triggered you to overeat in the first place? What anxieties initiated that relapse after the weight loss?
If you are overeating to anaesthetize your emotions, then unfortunately, no diet will work. Someone can turn to food in the same way another person reaches for a cigarette, drink or other drug of choice. It is only when you can identify what is driving you to overeat in the first place and clear these emotional drivers that permanent weight loss can be achieved.

Learn how to use EFT on behaviours, emotions and beliefs around food and eating, and dissolve the core issues that block you from losing weight. During this TWO day workshop you’ll learn:
- Why some people make progress with losing weight and then sabotage themselves
- What emotions and beliefs you are tranquilizing with food and how to clear them
- A simple technique to overcome food cravings
- How to transform your negative body image so you feel good about who you are and how you look
- How to eliminate destructive and limiting self beliefs so you can successfully reach your ideal weight
- The importance of visualizing yourself at your goal weight and how that can influence your weight loss
- Why people relapse some time after becoming slimmer and how to avoid this
- Why people experience “phantom weight” even after losing weight successfully and how that sabotages remaining slim
This intensive workshop is two days to ensure long term and permanent shifts and changes are produced within the participants. This is in-depth, targeted work and deals with the specific needs of each participant. The number of participants is strictly limited which allows for individual attention.
No previous experience of EFT is required and by the end of the two days, you will feel confident in using EFT because of the constant experiential work. Learn how to appreciate your body as well as find the keys to successful and permanent weight loss by using this simple technique and transform your confidence, self worth and eating behaviours for good.
After the workshop, you’ll participate in three 75-minute teleclasses which will offer ongoing support and coaching for three months. We’ll be tapping on issues which might have arisen since the workshop; you can ask questions, brainstorm ideas and feel supported by one another.Previous Weight Loss Workshop participants have found this a vital key to their ongoing weight loss.
