This informal and relaxed monthly group is open to anyone regardless of EFT experience.

You will be using EFT on yourself, so bring along a list of all those aches, pains, fears, limiting beliefs, phobias & cravings!

Annabel starts the Group Session by demonstrating how and where to tap and by the end of the session you’ll feel confident in how to apply EFT. She works with individual volunteers in front of the room and the rest of the group "borrow benefits" as they tap along.

In addition, you will further develop your EFT skills, observe demonstrations and be able to ask questions.

Why join this group session when you could have a private session?

My rate for private sessions is $100/hour, so two hours of my time and instruction would cost you $200. This way, you get those same two hours of instruction and often get the same results for only $49 (and even less if you register on line in advance!).

Learning in a group environment also has numerous benefits:

  • The group energy is increased by many people working towards a similar goal – this makes learning easier, more interesting, and is energizing rather than tiring.

Weight Loss and Emotional Overeating Workshop

During this TWO day workshop you’ll learn:

  • The importance of visualizing yourself at your goal weight and how that can influence your weight loss

  • Why people experience “phantom weight” even after losing weight successfully and how that sabotages remaining slim

This intensive workshop is two days to ensure long term and permanent shifts and changes are produced within the participants. This is in-depth, targeted work and deals with the specific needs of each participant. The number of participants is strictly limited which allows for individual attention.

No previous experience of EFT is required and by the end of the two days, you will feel confident in using EFT because of the constant experiential work.
